Robbie Moore

Founder and Managing Director

Robbie spent the past 30 years working with some of the worlds most recognised, reputable and respected brands and companies - a creative career spent working with extraordinary teams that have produced works that have changed behaviour, influenced thinking, inspired action, shaped culture, and connected people. 

Robbie founded Huddle after identifying a gap in the market for senior executives, aged 40+, who find themselves at a career crossroads and unsure where to turn; those in a crisis of confidence, or in the midst of short- to mid-term unemployment. Huddle brings together industry-leading partners who work with our clients through a series of ‘done for you’ and ‘done with you’ programs and resources to break through the barriers of career-limiting learned behaviours and misplaced perceptions.

Lisa Vermaak

Director of Operations

Lisa has worked for some of the world’s most creative companies and largest brands for more than thirty years. In stressful and demanding environments, Lisa has always cared deeply about those she works with. She’s known for her ability to connect with people, even in difficult situations. Having been a coach and mentor to many, she’s guided people towards career trajectories that have enabled them to utilise their strengths and thrive. Lisa never gives up until a solution is reached and an outcome achieved. She lives by the mantra that "people with great relationships do great things."

Huddle helps Senior Executives build their next career chapter with clarity, confidence, and competency so that they can thrive in times of professional transition and it’s Lisa’s role to build, design and implement the relationships, systems, procedures and processes that make this happen.

As Director of Operations at Huddle, she uses her considerable and varied experience to connect our clients to experts and walks alongside them at one of most critical points of their careers.
